- neck: 3 piece maple, Extra Thin U Neck Contour

- fingerboard: rosewood, 25.5" scale, 24 XJ frets, 42mm Locking Nut
- electronics: active EMG pickups 81 bridge / 81 neck (60 from 2009), 2 Volume, 1 Tone, 3 way switch
- hardware: original Floyd Rose bridge, Gotoh Tuners, Black Hardware
- logos and serials:

- colors and other features: Black full painted (body and neck) + custom graphics
"Boris Karloff Mummy" – This has been Hammett's favourite guitar for many years. It features the Boris Karloff Mummy graphic of which Hammett owns the rights to.
It will not be released by ESP.

Hammett has 5 of these guitars:

1) "Eye of Horus" inlays, total black back paint body & neck, "ESP Custom Guitars" white circle logo in the back of the headstock - MADE IN 1992 - NO SERIAL
    (MAIN STAGE GUITAR, scretched on pickups)

2) "Eye of Horus" inlays, total black back paint body & neck, more red front headstock, NOTHING in the back of the headstock - MADE IN 1992
    (BACKUP OF MAIN GUITAR)

3) "hieroglyphs" inlays, wood neck (not black)

4) "hieroglyphs" inlays, wood neck (not black) - MADE IN 2012 - T1241326

6) RUMORS:
about anotner one "Eye of Horus" inlays made for an ESP executive and sold on ebay years ago (it was asking $75000)
